myrockinheart I wonder if this is Taureg? I had a similar piece but with Red coral type stones. Might want to check it out, maybe it's German silver, and made by the Nomadic Taureg tribe. The point work and the wrapped wire is what made me wonder. Or Balinese? I'd look into it if I were you. I sold mine on Etsy for 250.00.
