carolinacute @pink_horse hi there! 😊 It should fit a 0/2 just fine - because of the elastic waistband, you can size up or down! (My vendor did not provide a size chart, but that is my educated guess as to the numeric sizing!) It is 24.5" long. The waistband measures 13" across the top. Hope that helps! It's a very good quality skirt and brand new with tags. I am a boutique owner and I only have 2 of these skirts left, as they were very popular! 💕
