Navy skirt/skort- tennis skirt/uniform

French toast brand size 20 navy skirt/skort with ruffle edge and elastic waist band with two belt loops one on either side of the waistband. Also inside attached shorts. Bought on offer up but never worn as it was too big. Great for uniforms or tennis skort
