No size tag; I would say XS - S. See measurements. Made in Canada. Excellent vintage condition. See matching blazer I have listed. vegan

uwwantitugotit @jacbrown__ hello! Yes, there is some stretch. Lying flat, fully stretched, it measures 14”. I’d say a 26” waist would be a good fit :)
