witchblade41 @robinsonfam31 Hi - so sorry I saw your message last week then forgot all about it... getting ready for finals next week yay!!!! Fabric is 58 rayon 42 cotton, straps are each about 38 inches long so yes I think they could tie in back. Thanks for your interest and patience!!!
