3 quick ways to spot a COUNTERFEIT Too Faced Palette (this one is "Chocolate Bon-Bons")
1) If mirror edges inside cover aren't completely covered by cardboard, it's COUNTERFEIT.
2) If there's a misspelled word in product booklet (should be "Bon Bon"), it's COUNTERFEIT.
3) Authentic Too Faced palettes print the shade colors inside the case in BRIGHT REFLECTIVE GOLD (last photo, AUTHENTIC). If the letters under the shadows are matte dull gold, it's COUNTERFEIT. Can be tough to see in photos.

Is the too faced natural face palette easily counterfeit? I’m concerned 😩
prettybirdshop
@themanataur All of the popular Too Faced face palettes have been seen on the counterfeit market (both online and at in person swap meet-type locations). The best way to find authentic palettes is to buy directly from manufacturer stores or retailers like Sephora, Nordstrom Ulta or Macy's.

It’s so sad that you have to worry about things like this in the world these days but you know hopefully they get caught and nobody buys off of them because it is sad

THANKYOU I wouldn’t have known!

Thanks for the info! Some people buy and resell counterfeit products, not realizing they themself bought a counterfeit in the first place. It is sad to me how many second hand stores don't do their homework either and resell fakes for an authentic used price. I've actually called them out on it. Their reply, "well, we didn't know". Lol

@lotzathingeez Happy to help! Yes, counterfeits are everywhere online. That's why I only buy new in box, never opened wholesale products directly from the manufacturer. It means I can't discount as deeply, but the products are safe. Stay well!
