@samalkanti looked couldn't find what I read the other day on it, once again nowhere on tags inside coat says that it's water resistant it's new it's beautiful and it does have a lining alot of character but nowhere I can show you that its water resistant so I would say that it is not...it's still available as of now if you would like to purchase!! 😊
