Recently I sold one pair of Jordan 1 banned to a buyer, once he received them he opened a case against me saying these pair he got were not authentic. And the reason is the “J” of the Jordan present “I” NOT “J”. Poshmark didn’t wait for me to upload my proof of authenticity and decided to let the buyer return the shoes to me because they say they are unable to confirm the order’s authenticity. Then I lost my case. Now I really worry about he will send an empty box back.

I've had two pair returned back to me just because the "buyer said so" POSHMARK sucks anyways, fees are too much, and its FULL of jackasses, like the one that tried to get you, claiming that they are so called "sneakerheads" or wanna be fake finders. I only sell here for quick cash. Its usually some dumass kid that's been watching youtube for tips.

timadshop @nothingbutjs Well my other Jordan 1s “J” all show like “I”, they were purchased from nike factory,SNKRS or Nike app. I think it just the way the factory made it and that buyer didn’t have a real pair to compare with. So I don’t think they are defects. I just have bad luck to do a business with that guy:(

sb_nicethings @timadshop email them pics with the UPC number showing and the qr emblem and they can check themselves and the sku which isn’t a fight at all...then show them pics of various 1s to show the J doesn’t completely show on any of them...I had to do that when I had two shoes in one post so they said it was counterfeit...

rocketmankicks Not to disparage, you have to be very careful buying from the outlet stores such as Ross and Marshall and the like, much of what they sell are wholesale bought copies, yes they are manufactured to nearly original standard, but it might literally be a factory next door to a Nike one, they use comparable materials and methods but the attention to detail is not there, also a lot of what they might sell is defect items from the manufacturer, produced by the original manufacturer but rejected by QA

I own 9 pairs of of the 1s and they kinda look like i but you can see a small ass tail to make into a j. there are some bad sites selling "notie's" and I got hustled just once from company called kickscrusher.com straight bo/bo fellas so watch out. Ebay seems to be best as they do a investigation and add seal of approval#GOAT

PM finally release my payment but I have to wait about 3 weeks to get my money back. It was really frustrating when I contact the PM customer center to tell them I didn't see any shipping information for 10 days and they still giving that dumbass a few more days to ship those shoes back. PM still on the buyers' side. I have to say you just don't know how bad a person will be!

pixerpdx Wow man that sucks. Something similar happened to me but the buyer never returned the shoes. They kept the original shoes and they sent back some beaters. Luckily I recorded the unboxing of the return and Poshmark sided with me. Got my money and the guy was charged lol

timadshop @pixerpdx yes it was a really terrible experience. I took a lot of time to send emails to PM support center and wait for a few weeks to get my money back. They open the case as " item not authentic" which is not true. And the buyer's reputation really ruined by those scammers. I was so disappointed with PM since then.

I actually sent proof with a pair of mine and the buyer STILL opened a case because his GIRLFRIEND said they looked fake..
