tlknanamom I received pkg today but instead of Chelsea doll it was stuffed dog. How can I help fix it?

pranaprincess @tlknanamom I’m so sorry and frustrated! I didn’t mean to accidentally get the wrong shipping label on your package! Someone else ordered the stuffed animal. Could you ask for a return due to the wrong item? I think you can do that. I thought I placed the label on the right package. I’ll tell the other Posher and recommend they do that.
