This shirt is in good condition - there is a small tear on the inside by the collar, but it is not visible on the outside of the shirt you only notice it when the shirt is hanging. It is a silky soft button down top. Would be very comfortable to wear. There is no size tag on this top, but the measurements are pictured - to me it looks to be an XL. Smoke free home.
