chencia2014 @cherrymeme02 on the Hollister website it mentions that a 11 is 30-31 inches in waist. But sizing in Hollister is always a little bit different plus these are the curvy fit and have a bit of stretch. When I was a size 13 they fit me good, not sure if this helps but let me know if you have any other questions :)
