Double layer stretchy fabric, black lace on top of white, fitted around the leg and three layers of ruffles starting from the knee. The material is very sturdy ( performance grade) 4-way stretch nylon 10% lycra fabric. Very breathable and soft to the touch, and the colors won't bleed into each other after washing. Fun for performance wears, or frolicking around the festival grounds. My fabrics are hard-to-find in the heavy duty stretch.
