Pinstripe ruffled overall skirt

This is a one of kind piece- long skirt with overall straps with ruffles that you can easily wear peeled off for one look or overtop a shirt for another. Great for fall/winter. Slim fit around upper hips and waist. High waist. Generous Side pockets and zipper closure. Gold button detailing. Barely worn. One very small snag on left back side (see last picture) Navy pinstripes. Polyester/viscose fabric.
