Unique purple handmade dress

Well-made and finished, this must have been sewn by a master seamstress! Vintage - may date to the 1990s. Beautiful sheer silky fabric, fully lined. V-neck with a ruffled collar and bow at the front. Puffy sleeves 25" long, 4" cuffs have fabric covered buttons and matching button loops. Zips up the back, hook and eye at the back. Fabric Belt with hook and bar closure, fabric belt loops. 41" long. Measurements - bust about 35", 33.5" gathered waist.
