Teired hem that is gathered Soft & light bounce - Color opaqueness shown in the measurement photo w/ a black belt underneath one layer. Like a flax fabric or a very very light soft burlap. A tad see through so best worn w/ a Petticoat. (I also have several slip skirts) Vintage size fits modern day small. Waist: 26-27” & just a bit loose. fitted v-waist and tiered hem.
