safetypr @katnyp7 Thanks for reaching out. Measuring across the front, laying flat is 21” on the outside. I put it on and measured inside liner zipped -42”. Of course it would fit a bit looser if the liner is removed.

safetypr @katnyp7 the inside was 42” when I put it on - took it off and measured inner circumference. I believe it’s the same because laying flat didn’t account for depth. Thick, very warm coat.
