Black and White Tribal Print Summer Dress

This lightweight and comfortable printed dress cinches at the waist with elastic, good condition elastic, there is some give to fit either end of “medium”. there is a tie, but it doesn’t do anything. I LOVE this dress...but my booty does not fit in it anymore (not too tight, just too short for my body)so I included the length measurements. I added a belt when I wore it you can see in the photo but that belt is not included.
