buy_sell_repeat @talyles08 Hi! Yes, I shipped them out 2 days ago. I am not sure why USPS hasn’t scanned them. This has been happening since the holidays. I will go into the usps office today and inquire about the package. Here is the tracking number for the item: 42452239405503699300230982403

I’ve emailed poshmark to see why they haven’t updated their tracking information on the app. Sorry for the inconvenience!

talyles08 @buy_sell_repeat oh okay because Poshmark notified me yesterday that they would remind you to ship so my guess is the tracking must not be in poshmark system

buy_sell_repeat @talyles08 Thanks for letting me know! I believe their system is set up to notify the buyer automatically as it did the same to me as the seller. I emailed them with a picture of the receipt with the tracking number so they should update their system shortly. Sorry for the confusion!

buy_sell_repeat @talyles08 It’s because we’re on a military installation and are required to do customs forms in addition to the label that Poshmark generates. The postal service is supposed to scan both barcodes on the package but doesn’t always follow protocol. So I’m assuming the postal service on base only scanned the custom form and not the other, but once it traveled through the system they began scanning both. So you’ll be able to see that both are tracking the same location. 🙂
