eczey @rcp_1964 Hi Robin, The total waist is 38”. The inseam to the cuff is 23 1/2” with the cuff rolled down 27 1/2”. There is stretch. I wished the Jeans were my size in order for me to state my opinion if the Jeans stretch beyond boyfriend style. Hmmmm not sure about that question. I hope this will help.😊
