Pretty long sleeved blouse by Max Edition. Size XL, warm shades of flowers on a cream background. Sleeves are loose and roomy, cinched at the wrist with elastic, that are 26” long.There is neck tie, 86” total length, that can be left long, or tied into a bow. Bust is 23”, length is 30” from shoulder to hem. The hem had a slight ruffle to it. Great piece because it can be dressy or casual!
