Vintage Art Deco Lotus Handpainted Decorative Plate Signed B. Mengel - Estate Find Lotus motif unmarked appears to be handpainted, uncertain of the age, signed B. Mengel I think its more of ceramic than a porcelain but could be either Approx Measurements: about 9.5 inches across no obvious chips, cracks, or crazing. There are some spot glaze imperfections on the plate, as well as some sticker residue, but its still a quite nice early plate worthy of display • Made in Unknown
