Forever 21 Navy blue swing dress that tents out when laying flat. Ribbed material. Mock neckline. Sleeveless. Fabric has a bit of a worn look but it’s still in good condition. No holes, rips or stain. No tags. Falls at the knee on me. I’m 5’2”. For reference. Too big on me. 33.5 inches long. 17 inches pit to pit.
