This dress is fabulous! Functional button front. Gorgeous pleading. Shoulder pads (which can easily be removed if you wish). Flattering pleats create a cinched waist that adds to the overall tailored look. Black and white trim on ruffle bottom skirt as well as cuffs and an adorable bow at the collar! Such a sweet find!
