Vintage 1980s High Waist Leather Pants

There is no size tag, but the measurements put this in the 0-2 range. Please check measurements. High waist "mom jeans" style pants with a pleated front. Loose fit though the thigh. The leather is well worn but in excellent condition considering age. There are 2 stitches pulled out of the pocket, see the 9th pic. The button is loose, but securely tied off, see 10th pic. And in the 11th pic, there are 2 white dots on the front of the thigh. Waist flat lay 12" Inseam 30" Rise 12.5"
