I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) at 12 months old. It is a genetic disease that can be a very cruel disease to those diagnosed and it is very important to me to support the CF Foundation in finding new medications and treatments that help treat CF. There is no cure, but I hope and pray that in my lifetime CF will one day stand for Cure Found! 💜
