jenny81138 @cindysmith2019 yes and you have to do it within six hours that's the part that most people miss if you don't it will be the normal shipping. What sellers don't realize that was all you have to do is have the seller copy the listing increase the price back to where they can reduce at the required amount to make it qualify for the shipping discount. I do 90% of my buyers orders on this day. I just reserve them until then I hate paying anything more for shipping then needed.
