Express EUC Black and blue lace dress

Only worn once. EUC. Black with a very pretty shade of blue overlay to make this amazing color. Very vintage looming with drop down lace detailing along the bottom. Button in back to secure it. Extremely comfortable and so flattering. Not short-will hit around knee maybe a little below.
