This dress looks a lot better on. It has absolutely no hanger appeal. BCBG ruched Halter dress size extra small. No zippers, Just step in and pull it on. Ruched in the front and in the back down the middle. The hem of the dress is sewn so it’s like a little balloon hem. Measurements are 13 1/2 “ Across the chest, 26” in length from armpit to bottom of dress.
