Skirt is really cute. The fabric is interesting it a light crinkle in fabric. It has been overdyed. It’s look and feels like a silk or a silk blend. It has approx. a 2” flat waistband. It has a baby hem on the bottom of skirt. Zipper down the center back about 7”. Also small slit in back 2 “ not very noticeable.
