Ottoman Citrine Rose Cut Dome Ring

My husband called it my “Pope Ring” In wearable shape minus 3 missing gold balls. The big yellow stone is citrine or glass. Secure but a tad loose. Size 7.5/8...it falls at 7.5 on my mandrel but fits me like an 8 due to all the hollow space in the interior. Accented by stars set with CZs for a celestial feel. No stamps but it acid tested as sterling and 14k gold. Don’t know how old or not old it is but it is a bold statement of a cocktail ring. Sure to catch eyes.
