Short Red Cocktail party dress

NWOT , in package - short dark red chiffon dress. Please look at the last pictures posted on how to measure and the measurement chart. My dresses run smaller than some other designers. You may need to size up 1-2 sizes in my closet. Remember if you are using the laying flat measuring method, bust armpit to armpit, then you will need to double that number before trying to locate your size on the chart. The chart is for your full circumference. Once you know your measurements you can find what size dress will fit you best from my closet on the chart.
