VTG Tahari Belted Blouse

100% silk, light pistachio pastel green color. Very 60s looking, was probably part of a set but missing bottoms. Excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned. Belt has some snaps which hold it in place once the tie is threaded through buckle. Fully lined, two functioning front pockets. Estimate size S to M, flat measures: 17" pit to pit 15" waist, measured at top of pockets 27" length measured from mid shoulder to hem 16.5" circumference of arm hole
