NWT! Lovely strap dress with high-low ruffle detailing on the bottom. Has single button closure in the front and size zip. Can dress down with a jean jacket and sneakers or throw on a pair of wedges/heels for going out! Bought for an event but ended up wearing something different and it has been sitting in my closet ever since. Hoping to find it a new home!
