American Eagle Sparkly Blue Floral Skirt

This is such a beautiful skirt. It has a sparkly, shimmery floral outer layer and a solid dark blue inner layer. It’s short and fun. It fits more like a 4 than a 6. It does have a little bit of wear at the top of the zipper, but it doesn’t show up when the skirt is zipped and it doesn’t affect the functionality.
