Lot of two heritage 1981 mini skirts size small. One skirt is a black/very dark blue (kind of like a black with a subtle blue tint). The other is gray. Waist (laying flat): 13.5 inches across. No elastic so no stretch). There is a zipper and button faster at the back. Length: 14.5 inches
