Black & White Textured Palm Print Mini Skirt

This is such a pretty and unique skirt. It's in excellent condition. The only minor defect is some hanger imprint markings on the back of the waistband which is shown in one of the pictures. It has a faux leather waistband and an exposed gold zipper in the back. It's fully lined. The material is a woven textured feel that's really neat looking. The waist measures 12 1/2 inches across and the length is 18 and a quarter inches. This can easily be dressed up with heels or worn with sneakers.
