@beccamitzmann I'll try to measure tonight, in the meantime if it helps I am 5'4" tall, about 120 lbs and wear a 34B bra. It fit me well but was only almost knee length, which is shorter than I prefer.

middle waistband: 9.5" across unstretched, 16" across stretched
bust / armpit to armpit: 14" unstretched, 18" stretched
armpit to shoulder (1/2 sleevehole circumference) 8", seam doesn't stretch
sleeve length from shoulder: 26"
skirt length, from bottom of waistband to hem: 19"
