mssue712 @ellaguido The 4th pic is how it hangs. If you could find a black tutu at a dance store I think it has enough fabric to cover it and look really cool. If you let me know before noon EST I can get it in the mail today. Unfortunately once it leaves my hands I have no idea what the postal service will do. It would make a great prom dress! I would make you jewelry to go with it too!

mssue712 @groovylilkitten The pit to pit approximate measurement is 13” and the waist is approximately 10.5”. Measurements are with the garment lying flat. Hope that helps! If you are interested I am leaving home tomorrow but I can get it in the mail before I leave.
