@lunajuly4 Good morning from NJ , laying flat from the waists is almost 19inches and by the thigh is 22 inches . I posted 2 pictures with the measurements. Thank you

@lunajuly4 it’s about 14 inches from the crotch to the waist and the waist is laying flat is 15 inches , but keep in mind it’s elastic waist. So I stretch the shorts it’s about 19 inches . Let me know if you have more questions ?? Thank you
