Vintage Anne Fogarty Polka Dot Dress Jacket Set M

I'm placing this in the 60s by both the union label and the style. Lovely mixed print polka dot shift dress with matching jacket in grey/red. Hidden back zip, mock turtleneck. Delightful lace trim on the inside of the hem. You don't see details like that anymore. No flaws! Vintage size 12 but check measurements - I'm marking it as a medium. 17" armpit to armpit, 30" waist, a-line skirt finish. Jacket is fully lined. 18" armpit to armpit, 23" sleeve, 24" length. I don;t see fabric content label.
