Light blue Lush dress

Originally purchased from ModCloth several years ago, only worn once and in good condition. Light blue, great for spring and dressy enough for a wedding. Sheer creamy white on top, elastic waist with a pleated tule skirt and a silky lining. Very soft and has a bit of movement in the skirt. Pit to pit is about 15 inches Skirt is about 19 inches
