3/$20 Beautiful Asian Inspired Top

Blocks of color and blocks of black combine to make this beautiful top. The tags are in a language I can not read. The fabric is soft, feels synthetic and has light texture. Capri sleeves. Light shoulder pads. Approx measurements laying flat: Pit to pit 21” Length from back of neck to hem 25” 4” slits at side seams. Barely worn/excellent condition.
