Vintage Black Flapper Fringe Dress

Vintage black Flapper fringe dress. Strapless, lined with lace overlay. Fringe at the bottom makes you feel like you’re living in the Roaring 20’s! Great vintage condition. Minor wear at elastic at top, needs to be tacked and is an easy fix! Thread pulls at top. See last three pictures for close ups. Size small. Fits like an XS. Measures approximately 10.5” under arms (across top, has a good amount of stretch), 28” total length, 4” of fringe at bottom.
