Vintage style dress Blue with satin accents. Wore one time, 100% silky polyester. Not true to size it is a 14 petite. More like a size 10 to 12. Would look awesome next to someone in Marine dress blues. I am 5’4” and it is just below knee and I was approximately 140 lbs at the time I wore it. Thanks
