Pink floral skirt forever 21🎉👏

The skirt is lovely! I have held onto it for a while with intention to wear it and I never got a chance to. I am moving soon and need to downsize therefore I’m willing to part with it. It is brand new never worn. There is a thin short white lining. The skirt is knee length in excellent condition. The fabric is a silky material not scuba.
