@dianelecik and the answer to your question is these are women’s super freaking cute now they have a nice cushion foam foot bed but it’s not like a Nike type of arch support these Are extremely comfortable I’ve tried them on I’m not a runner or a jogger so I do know that Nike is a top brand for jogging and running
