my_place573 @sonjamo Approx 23” from top to bottom. Straight across the band around the bottom is about 23 1/4” with the jacket zipped. I don’t know how it equates to a waist size. Maybe you can compare these measurements to a jacket you have to compare. It seems like a normal maybe a little big youth Large. Let me know if you have any more questions. 🌺
