@rwi3a9 yes but as I age my knuckles enlarge so alot of my favorite rings are now too small. ugh!!

@dalijat Don't lose out on your favorites! Take your rings to a jewelry store and have them size them to fit your beautiful fingers. If knuckles or arthritis are an issue they can put an arthritis band on it, it opens to go over the knuckle and closes to fit snuggly, as a ring should, in place.

clairewoodar511
Do you have appraisal papers?
dalijat
@clairewoodar511 poshmark does the authenticity when it's over $500
this is a vintage darker Aquamarine has value you can research as well.
awesomew
Did this ring happen to come out of the Norfolk Virginia area .
dalijat
@awesomew I have no idea I've had it since the 1990s I live in Massachusetts .
c_fama
Was this ring a private sale?
dalijat
@c_fama no it was from a vintage jewelry store in Great Barrington in the 90s but store is no longer there.
c_fama
@dalijat did they tell you it was previously owned or did they say it was new?
dalijat
@c_fama I like antiques so it was not new to me.
c_fama
The stone itself was purchased from a gemologist in Aruba the last week of October 1984 and it was put in that setting by a jeweler named James Pisco Sr. at 333 Washington St, Boston Ma.
c_fama
The stone is actually darker than the picture in person...
dalijat
@c_fama interesting information how can you be sure my stone is not as dark as you say?
c_fama
What I am saying is the stone in that ring is actually darker than it appears in the pictures. I wore that ring for 11 years
c_fama
Which is why I know the history of it...
c_fama
When did you purchase it, what year?
c_fama
I realize it was a long time ago but do you by any chance have the receipt still?
dalijat
@c_fama Its not dark it's on the lighter side
