Brand New with tags in original packaging Size XS or L Very beautiful dress, the color is true to first photo and close up of the floral print. Free People website shows it way darker than it is. I prefer the actual color vs deep teal. kristine999 @carter5015 Update, just measured laying flat, pit to pit a little over 21 inches, the "underbust" area is around 18 inches. The waist, about 9 inches below the pit seam is 26.5 inches or so. There is no defined waist, so I had to approximate. It's empire waist and gets wider as it goes down from right under bust.
