Brand new silk blend black strapless, pleated, belted dress with tan polka dots. Dress can be worn with or without belt. Hidden side zip and built in elastic band around bust to help keep the dress up. Lined. Original price $425. I purchased it marked down to $149 and sadly never wore. 85 silk/15 wool.
